    Schlechter umgang mit kunden und reklamationen

    Als ich das fahrrad abholte war ich noch super zufrieden, dies änderte sich aber schlagartig als es zur ersten inspektion dort war.
    Bei der inspektion wurde zwar alles gut erledigt, aber leider bekam ich es mit kratzern zurück. Diese sah ich allerdings, zu meinem pech , aber erst zuhause.
    Ich schickte sofort eine e-mail an die werkstatt mit einem bild, auf die antwort würde ich allerdings heute noch warten, wenn ich nicht nochmal persönlich nachgefragt hätte. Dabei unterstellte man mir das ich die kratzer selber verursacht hätte , man würde es aber der geschäftsleitung weitergeben, zu diesem zweck sollte ich nochmals eine mail mit bikd senden. Kn dieser mail betonte ich extra nochmals das die kratzer neu sind und ich gerne nochmal das rad vorführen könnte damit sie es begutachten könnten und sehen könnten das sonst nichts andem rad ist was aufeinen sturz, oder ähnliches hindeuten würde.
    Ichfinde es eine frechheit mir zur unterstellen das ichihnen etwas u terschieben möchte, die beschädigung ist dort passiert, meine frau kann auch bezeugen das ich das rad einwandfrei übergeben hatte, es ist erst wenige monate alt und wird von mir sehrgepflegt, da es ein firmen-leasingbike ist.
    Fazit, beim kaufinteresse wird man hofiert, aber bei einer mängelanzeive wird man falsch beschuldigt und es wird tot geschwiegen.
    Solch ein geschäftsgebahren kann und möcnte ich nicht billigen. Ichkann die firma ni ht weiter empfehlen, massenabfertigung und schlechter service.
    Es gibt ja noch andere!!!
