Terms of use of Zebra und Freunde UG (limited liability) for the Internet offers operated by it within the framework of the “reparadius.de” system

These terms of use and disclaimers also apply as part of all Internet offers of Zebra und Freunde UG from which reference is made to this page.
reparadius.de is available to both practice operators (hereinafter referred to as "operators") and visitors free of charge. Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right to exclude operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior notice, and to delete or change content. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral content.
reparadius.de strives to ensure that its service functions as efficiently as possible. However, Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for any damage or lost revenue caused by errors, failures or shutdown of the system.
No content or system components may be published elsewhere without the consent of Zebra und Freunde UG.
An operator who does not wish to be featured on reparadius.de will be editorially deleted. Please let us know using the contact form.
reparadius.de uses numerous instruments and measures to try to provide the content and information offered in the best possible quality and to constantly improve it. However, all information is provided without guarantee. The majority of the information comes directly from companies and visitors to the site. Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published (text, data, prices, images, etc.). In addition, no guarantee is given for content to which links are provided in this system (links to external sites).
All users of the system (both operators and visitors) agree that all content and information (text, data, images, etc.) entered or confirmed by them may be freely published both on the Internet and in print. In particular, the content can be displayed not only on reparadius.de, but also on other sites (e.g. as part of content sharing). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Zebra und Freunde UG. These terms and conditions also apply if the websites are used from outside the European Union or outside Germany, regardless of the user's nationality.
Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
If parts of these Terms of Use do not comply with applicable law, the content and validity of the remaining parts shall remain unaffected and the invalid part shall be deemed to be replaced by one that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid part or the will of the parties in a legally effective manner.

On principle, reparadius.de is available to physiotherapists (in the following called “operator”) as well as to visitors free of charge. Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to ban operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior announcements and to delete or modify contents. Zebra and friends UG strives towards the best possible functionality of its service. Zebra und Freunde UG, however, is not liable for damages arisen or income lost on account of defects, failures or discontinuation of the system.

If any provisions of these conditions of use do not comply with the applicable law, the content and the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected by this and the invalid provision shall be considered to be replaced by such a legally valid provision coming nearest to the economic purpose intended by the invalid provision and/or the parties.
