    Service ohne Service

    Haben heute die Fahrräder abgeholt vom 1. jährlichen Service und sind endlos enttäuscht. Für 75 € haben die es nicht mal geschafft die Kette ordentlich zu reinigen und zu schmieren. Bei Nachfrage wurde nur gesagt "keine Zeit dafür", nach Rücksprache mit der Chefin und einigen Diskussionen über das Thema Inspektion, kam die Aussage "Sie müssen hier ja nicht Ihr Fahrrad zur Inspektion bringen". Mein Fazit: wer auf sein Recht aufmerksam macht, ist nicht erwünscht. Die wollen nur 10 Minuten draufschauen und abkassieren. Ich rate nur jedem ab, bei Fahrrad Block in Aurich sein Fahrrad zu kaufen oder zu reparieren.
