    Inkompetente Reparaturabwicklung

    Beim stupiden Kauf freundlich. Reparatur war eine Katastrophe. Nach einem Unfall sollte nachgeschaut werden was am Bike ist und ob der Rahmen was abbekommen hat (bei einem Auffahrunfall durch einen Bus nicht abwegig). Nach viel Hin und Her (Messungen können sie nicht durchführen, aber nach Augenmaß sei alles gut, Zitat: "Schließlich hätten 5 Mann drüber geschaut und wären Probe gefahren") haben wir das Bike einem anderen Fachhändler übergeben. Der hat festgestellt, dass der Rahmen total verzogen und nicht mehr verkehrstauglich ist. Bei allem was mit der Reparatur zutun hatte ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig. Egal wie schwierig ein Kunde auch sein mag.
