    E-Bike, Motor schaltete sich immer aus. Bosch in Kombination mit Cobi. Das

    Mit der 12 RadlerInnen sollte unsere Tour von Linz über den Balaton nach Budapest gehen.Schon am ersten Abend stellte sich raus, dass mein Rad den Transport nicht schadlos überstanden hat und der Motor schaltete sich immer wieder aus.Alle Mitreisenden konnten keine Lösung finden. Morgens sollte die Gruppenreise, mit Gepäck am Rad, beginnen. In Gedanken schon ohne mich.
    Noch am Abend 20:30Uhr fand ich nach meiner Internetrecherche den BikeEngel in Linz und hatte gleich Kontakt. Für 8::00 Uhr an nächsten morgen haben wir uns am Hotel verabredet um den Schaden anzusehen. Vor Ort konnte das Problem nicht gleich behoben werden und wir fuhren zu Constanin-Bike. Gemeinsam lösten sie kompetent das Problem und ich konnte pünktlich wieder zum geplanten Termin mit der Gruppe weiterfahren.
    Mein Bike hat nun 704 km und 4498 Höhenmeter mit Gepäck fehlerfrei gemeistert.
    Ich bin super glücklich über diesen engagierten Einsatz und die schnelle Reparatur und kann diesen Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Der Preis stimmte für den Aufwand auch!
    Für mich ein echter Engel.
