    Freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber

    hier werden leider nur noch eigene E-Bikes repariert.
    Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist schlecht, bin daher unverbindlich in die Filiale gefahren. Der Mechaniker hat mir noch ein Tip für die Ursache des Problems gegeben durfte aber keine genaue Fehlerdiagnose oder Reparatur durchführen.
    Falls ihr euer E-Bike nicht bei Radhaus gekauft habt, spart euch den Weg.

    tolle Beratung

    Wir waren 2x dort, einmal zum Fahrradkauf und das 2. Mal wegen eines Fahrradanhängers. Beide Male wurden wir sehr gut und freundlich beraten. Der dortige Mitarbeiter Heiko war äußerst kompetent.

    Punkte die bei Abgabe besprochen wurden, werden nicht abgearbeitet. Preise haben sich verdoppelt.

    Ausführliche und sehr kompetente Beratung bei der Annahme zum Check und Ergänzung von meinem alten Weeler Tourenrad. Auf alle Details in Sachen Zubehör hingewiesen und gut beraten. Trotz Andrang die Übersicht behalten und ruhig geblieben, So muss das sein. Gleich noch Helm gekauft, war auch überfällig.
