    Wartezeit und Erreichbarkeit schlecht

    Die Mitarbeiterin Frau Kratzsch ist sehr sehr freundlich und stets gut gelaunt und scheint sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen zu lassen. Sie ist aber leider gleichzeitig die Frau vorne am Tresen als auch die Frau die hinten die Fahrräder repariert. Der ganze Laden steht bis unter die Decke voll mit Fahrrädern die repariert werden wollen. Ein durchgehen durch den Laden ist nicht möglich. An das Zubehör an den Wänden kommt man nicht dran. Die gute Frau scheint die meiste Zeit über alleine zu sein. In einer Woche habe ich es nicht geschafft jemanden telefonisch zu bekommen noch wurde auf meine E-Mail geantwortet noch wurde per WhatsApp geantwortet obwohl dies durch die Fahrradwerkstatt ausdrücklich als Alternative kontaktmethode proklamiert wird. Die Inspektion hat eine Woche gedauert ich bin mit dem Ergebnis jedoch zufrieden. Es muss jedoch dringend etwas geändert werden dass die Frau Kratzsch sich nicht alleine um alles kümmern muss. Wenn man z.B Fragen zu seiner Reparatur hat oder etwas ändern möchte muss man zwingend vorbeifahren und das persönlich besprechen eine Alternative Kontaktmöglichkeit gibt es de facto nicht.
