Treuen Kunden verloren

Auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Erst verkaufen sie mir Ersatzteile und wenn sie gewartet werden müssen, dann wird mein Bike nicht in der Werkstatt angenommen, weil ich das Bike nicht dort gekauft habe. Absolute Katastrophe der Kundenservice. Die Geschäftsführung habe die Entscheidung getroffen, ist leider auch sehr einfach zu sagen... Bin absolut enttäuscht und haben einen treuen Kunden verloren.
