    Eine SEHR zu empfehlende Werkstatt!
    Die Servicemitarbeiter waren wie immer freundlich, hörten mir gut zu, gingen auf meine außergewöhnlichen Wünsche und Probleme ein. Herr Heidenreich aus der Werkstatt rief an, um verschiedene Problemlösungen zu erörtern. So erhielt mein Canyon Ultimate CF am Ende doch noch eine altersgerechte 34er-Kassette, obwohl dies laut Shimano und einer anderen Werkstatt in Koblenz angeblich unmöglich sein soll.
    Das war schon das zweite Mal, dass Sie das Unmögliche möglich gemacht haben.
