    Durchsicht

    Durchsicht angemeldet. Preis 90 Euro. Was ja i.O. wäre, wenn alles gemacht worden wäre, was die Liste vorsieht. Vorderrad wurde nicht ausgebaut. Sonst wären Mängel festgestellt worden, welche ich in anderer Werkstatt beseitigen lassen musste. ANSONSTEN neue Kette. PREIS insgesamt 260 Euro. Kann die Werkstatt NIcht !!! empfehlen. UWE FUCHS

    Sehr zufrieden

    Ich hatte mehrere Probleme mit meinem Fahrrad und so wurde ich bei Grupetto vorstellig. Mein anderer Radhändler in Gohlis hatte den nächsten Termin in 4 Wochen frei. Bei Grupetto ging es 2 Wochen schneller. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und das Rad war auch zum besagten Termin fertig. Was will man mehr.

    Schwache Leistung

    Ich hatte mein Fahrrad zwecks Einstellung einer elektronischen Schaltung zu Gruppetto geschafft. Dort sagte man mir, dass die Schaltung nicht einstellbar wäre. Das Auslesegerät hätte die Inkompatibilität eines Schaltelementes ergeben. Im nächstem Radgeschäft (Radhaus), konnte man mir ohne Auslesegerät sofort sagen, dass da ein Elfer- und kein Zehnerritzel drauf muss. Für eine Werkstatt finde ich das echt schwach, dies nicht erkannt zu haben.

    Neukauf eines Bikes

    Ich finde das Team von Grupetto sehr kompetent sachlich und sehr freundlich. Das hat mich zum Kauf meines Bikes überzeugt! Das sind selbst Radsportler und es bleiben dadurch keine Fragen offen.
    Ich kann Grupetto nur weiter empfehlen.
