    Reparatur absolut keine Empfehlung

    Den Reparatur-Service im Radhaus kann ich keineswegs empfehlen.

    Einerseits muss das Fahrrad eine Woche in der Werkstatt bleiben. In der heutigen Zeit und mit etwas vernünftiger Planung sollte das nicht mehr als zwei Tage dauern. Wenn ich mein Auto in die Werkstatt bringen klappt das auch an einem Tag.

    Andererseits werden hohe Preise und Leistungen mehrfacher verrechnet. D.h. wenn ich mehrere Reparaturen beauftrage, wird ein Arbeitsschritt mehrfach verrechnet. Ein Hinweise darauf, wird mit flapsigen Kommentaren wie "Das zahlen alle" oder "Alle Kunden zählen das Gleiche" abgeschmettert. Es nach schon einen Unterschied ob ich nur eine Leistung beauftrage oder mehrere. Es kann nicht sein, für einen Arbeitsschritt dreifach zu zahlen.

    Zudem erfolgt ein eine etwas intransparente Rechnungsstellung ohne Zeitangaben.

    Alles zusammengefasst: Kauf ist okay, aber danach kein guter Kundenservice. Für ganz klar keine Empfehlung!

    Reparatur Kalkhoff Fahrrad

    Ich hatte mein KalkhoffFahrrad vor 5 Jahren bei ihnen gekauft bisher ohne Probleme. Da ich aus Koblenz komme, konnte ich erst jetzt zur Überprüfung meines Fahrrads nach Ingolstadt kommen .
    Mein Fahrrad wurde von mir immer selbst gewartet also auch Bremsen und auch Schaltung .
    Meine Beanstandung ging hauptsächlich auf den Pulsar Motor (s.Berichte im Forum) und ob man das Display für navigation einsetzen kann.Die lockere Scheibe beim Zahnriemen sei normal!
    Jetzt zu der service Rechnung
    Kette geölt—hat Zahnriemen
    Lenker u. Vorbau befestigt ?
    Schloß kontrolliert —hat kein Schloss
    Dann werden diese Dinge mit einem Haken versehen?!!
    Ich bin sehr! enttäuscht von dem sehr schlechten und teuren Service,da ja nichts gemacht werden musste! Und ich nich
