    Sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent

    Fred und Sigrid sind sehr kundenorientiert; auch wenn ich mein E-Bike nicht im Radlhaus gekauft habe (im Jahr 2016), wurde mir ein super schneller Service mit hoher Fachkompetenz geboten. Beim nächsten Fahrradkauf weiß ich gleich, wo ich hingehen werde. Meine Frau hat sich vor 5 Jahren im Radlhaus ein Haibike (nach einer Testfahrt) gekauft und ist immer noch sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlen uns bestens beraten und würden das Radlhaus immer weiterempfehlen. Einfach top !

    Besser geht es nicht!!!

    Habe mir vor ein paar Wochen ein
    E-Bike/Mountainbike gekauft. Die Beratung war hervorragend. Fred und Sigrid hatten gleich einige Verbesserungsvorschläge ( Winkelvorbau, Ergogriffe ) parat, dass das Radeln trotz meiner Arthrose in der Hand wieder richtig Spaß macht. Fred macht auch den gesamten Service beim E-Bike meiner Frau, obwohl wir es nicht bei ihm gekauft haben. Wir fühlen uns rundum sehr gut aufgehoben. Nur zu empfehlen. Weiter so!
