    Unfassbar, es war Samstag 14:40 der Laden war eigentlich laut Öffnungszeiten Schild geschlossen. Ich habe aber noch jemanden gesehen und dann mich kurz bemerkbar gemacht.
    Ich wollte eigentlich nur einen Schlauch, da ich einen Platten hatte.
    Der nette Herr hat dann gesagt, geben sie mir schnell ihr Rad, auf dem Montageständer ist es einfacher und schneller gewechselt.
    Hier wurde dann festgestellt, das sie Bremsbeläge schon runter sind. Ich wurde gefragt ob man diese gleich mit tauschen sollte.

    Ich bin dann sehr zufrieden und 15:10 aus dem Laden.

    Das ist wahrer Kundenservice!

    Guter Laden und herausragender Service

    Mir wurde dieses Geschäft selber empfohlen.
    War vorher immer zum service und Kauf wo anders.
    Schön war, das ich mein rad zum service bringen konnte ohne das ich es dort gekauft habe.
    Es wurde fair sachlich über die Reparatur gesprochen und auch als noch etwas bei der Reparatur dazugekommen ist, wurde ich angerufen.
    Leider hat die Reparatur dann doch 10 Tage gedauert. Gut, bei der Abgabe hiess es 5-7 Tage. Gibt schlimmeres.

    Reparatur hervorragend und auch preislich top!

    Gerne komme ich wieder und mache werbung
