    Hinterrad defekt

    Hatte einen Speichenbruch einen Tag vor Reiseantritt einer mehrtägigen Radtour durch das Alpenvorland. Aufgrund enger Termine in der Werkstatt und zusätzlichen Personalausfall, konnte die Speiche nicht kurzfristig erneuert werden . Kann ich soweit nachvollziehen.
    Glücklichweise war eine neue Felge am Lager. Vorschlag der Werkstatt, das alte Ritzel auf die neue Felge zu bauen. Gesagt getan, hat kurzfristig geklappt. Danke dafür.
    Auf der Tour tauchten dann nach und nach Schaltungsprobleme auf. Immer wieder rutsche beim Schaltvorgang die Kette durch. Vier Tage habe ich mich damit abgemüht, bis ich eine Werkstatt finden konnte, die das Problem sofort erkannte. Die Kassette war nicht richtig montiert, bzw. war axial lose. Einzelne Ritzel ließen sich seitlich verschieben!?
    Glücklicherweise konnte die Kassette so befestigt werden, das ich die Tour problemlos beenden konnte.
    Auch wenn mir bei Rund ums Rad kurzfristig "geholfen" werden konnte, ist die fachliche Ausführung für mich mangelhaft.
    Zukünftig werde ich die Werkstatt nicht mehr aufsuchen.
