völlig daneben!!!

Ich hatte telefonisch einen Reparaturtermin für ein Cube eBike vereinbart. An dem Tag an dem ich das Bike zur Reparatur abgeben wollte (Anfahrt 25 km) teilte man mir mit, dass man Cube Teile nicht beschaffen wolle, weil Cube nicht zu supported wird. Ich hatte aber telefonisch angekündigt, dass auch bspw. Pedale, Schutzbleche etc. ausgetauscht werden müssen. In meinen Augen ein StartUp, das in der jetzigen Boom-Phase schnell Geld verdienen moechte; wenig seriöses Geschäftsgebahren; sollte man meiden!!
