    Leicht beschädigt hin, kaputt zurück

    Absolute Enttäuschung! Ich rate jedem davon ab, hier ein Fahrrad in die Werkstatt zu geben. Nachdem ich 3 Wochen auf einen Termin gewartet habe und das Fahrrad in der Werkstatt abgegeben wurde, kam nach Fertigstellung keine Information. Das kann man ja verkraften.

    Nun aber folgendes. Ich habe das Fahrrad mit einem Problem dort abgegebn, welches schon länger existiert. Knackgeräusche beim Treten. Ich habe dazu extra einem Mitarbeiter 2 Videos gezeigt. Dieser meinte, er wüsste, was es wäre und es wird sich gekümmert. Außerdem sollten die noch meine RockShox erneuern, da diese klemmt. Ich habe auch darum gebeten, meine Rahmennummer nochmal aufzuschreiben.

    Beim Fahrrad abholen dann das:
    - RockShox Ersatzteil nicht lieferbar. Wäre nicht schlimm gewesen, ABER die haben das komplette Modul kaputt gemacht. Den Draht gezogen und das Plastik samt klemme abgebrochen.

    - in meinem Rahmen sind viele neue Lackabplatzer, die vorher definitiv nicht da waren

    - das Knackgeräusch wurde sich nichtmal angeschaut. Aussage "es gibt kein Problem".
    Bin dann zuhause nochmal aufgestiegen 100m gefahren und Tadaaa ein knacken, was man in 20m Entfernung locker hören konnte.

    - Von Service keine Spur. Fahhrad unverändert, Zahnkranzschrauben noch locker. (Habe ich mit Absicht gemacht zum testen) Öle sind die, die ich vorher raufgemacht habe..

    Fazit: Mein Fahrrad wurde sich nicht angeschaut, durch die Mitarbeiter Beschädigt und mir 30€ abgeknöpft für nichts. Außerdem jedes Mal unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

    Ich empfehle jedem, diesen Laden zu meiden.

    Zu guter letzt..
    Fahrrad zu Mega Bike gebracht, nach 2 Tagen abholbereit. Alle Fehler behoben, Teile ausgetauscht für einen kleinen Preis.
