    Ebike Wartung endet beinah in Tatalschaden

    Mein ebike Händler, der leider nur einen store in Hannover hat, hat Yeply als Kooperationspartner für Reparaturen und Wartung gewählt. Daraufhin habe ich mein ebike in Othmarschen zur Inspektion/ Wartung gegeben.
    Nach der Inspektion sah für mich ein Kabelzug so aus, als ob die Ummantelung fehlt und eine Abdeckung schien gebrochen.
    Ich schickte ein Foto an meinen Händler. Diagnose: das Motorkabel war falsch montiert und zwar so, dass bei Regen der Motor zu Schaden kommen kann.
    Mein Händler war über die Ausführung so entsetzt, dass er mir sofort anbot, das Fahrrad kostenlos wieder so herzurichten, wie es gehört, d.h Transportkosten und Behebung des Schadens, der durch yeply entstanden ist, trägt mein Händler.
    Neben dem falsch montierten Motorkabel ist eine Abdeckung gebrochen, die Gangschaltung geht sehr ruckelig und das Rad macht Geräusche, die vorher nicht da waren
