Service =ungenügend

E- bike, bei Nerz gekauft, zur Jahresinspektion gebracht, Nachdem sich nach knapp vier Wochen, trotz Termin, noch keiner gemeldet hat- Anruf. Keiner wusste Bescheid-„wir rufen zurück.“ Nach zwei Tagen noch kein Rückruf. Beim erneuten Anruf hieß es lapidar „Wir haben noch nicht angefangen!“ Nach knapp vier Wochen ist definitiv nichts passiert!! Fazit: Ich werde in diesem Saftladen nicht einmal mehr ein Ventilkäppchen kaufen, geschweige denn ein Fahrrad!!! Leider ist ein Stern das Mindeste das angeklickt werden muss. Selbst den hätte ich nicht gegeben.
