    Mein Ebike brauchte eine Inspektion. Auf meine Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es nicht möglich ist einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Ich könnte mein Rad abgeben und werde es in einer Woche wieder abholen können. Mein Hinweis, dass ich auf dieses Rad angewiesen bin, würde mit Schulterzucken beantwortet. Die Antwort :mein Chef hat noch nie Termine gemacht und das wird schon seine Grund haben "ist auch nicht sehr hilfreich.
    Ich kann diesen Laden wirklich nicht empfehlen. Service und kundefreundliches Verhalten sind dort jedenfalls nicht zu finden.
