    Werkstatt ohne jegliches Verständnis für den Kunden

    Im Okt. u. Nov. 2021 kauften meine Frau und ich 2 E-Bikes im Veloland Urban. Nach 500 km stand nun beim Rad meiner Frau der erste Service an, der uns in Display angezeigt wurde, als wir im Juni 2022 auf Fehmarn in Urlaub waren und dort über 250 km mit dem Rad fuhren. Bei der Abgabe zum Service zeigte das Display eine Kilometerleistung von 539 km an; das waren 39 km über 500 km, die in der Kaufrechnung für einen kostengünstigen ersten Service von 59,90 € angegeben waren. Und genau hier zeigte man sich äußerst kleinlich und kundenunfreundlich. Man berechnete nicht die in der Kaufrechnung angegebenen 59,90 € für den ersten Service, sondern 96,00 €, obwohl keine Extras oder Reparaturen notwendig waren. Meinen Verweis auf die Angaben in der Kaufrechnung ignorierte man schlichtweg und ließ sich auf keinerlei Diskussion ein. Im Gegenteil behauptete der Werkstattleiter sogar, er würde beim Überschreiten eines Km-Standes für eine Inspektion beim Auto ja auch mehr bezahlen, was ich in meinen über 50 Jahren Autofahren noch nie erlebt habe - egal welche Marke ich gefahren bin. Für solche Argumente fehlt mir jegliches Verständnis, was zur Folge hat, dass für mich mit der Firma Urban kein Geschädt mehr zu machen ist. Einfach nur enttäuschend!
