Fair? Naja.....

Haben ein 10 Jahr altes Fahrrad zum Service gegeben,am besagten abholtag kein anruf,am nächsten Tag nachgefragt,wurde uns gesagt,daß ein Teil bestellt werden musste,in 3 Tagen ist es fertig.aus den veranschlagten servicekosten von 90 euro(+ material) wurden dann 315 Euro.ohne vorher nachzufragen,ob das in Ordnung ist.fahrrad kostete vor 10 Jahren ca.600 Euro......Arbeit und Kompetenz sicher ok.keine Info über Terminverzug,und dann noch DER Preis.....also das firmenmotto stelle ich mir anders vor (kompetent..ok...passioniert..ok.......Fair....eher nicht.)nachzufragen wäre fair gewesen,bei einem Fahrrad mit dem Alter.
