So verliert man Kunden

Habe dort ein Kalkhoff e bike gekauft. War auch mit der Beratung zufrieden. Habe schon mehrere Räder dort gekauft. Ich hatte ein Navi zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen und wollte das die Profis mir dieses anbauen.Antwort war wir machen das nicht weil wir sonst für das Teil in die Produkt Haftung kommen werden. Bin dann zur Konkurrenz gegangen. Da war das kein Problem.
