Repair time / waiting time: Repairs generally take 1-3 business days. Exceptions are made when spare parts have to be ordered. Longer waiting times are the exception for us. Prompt collection of the completed repairs is required.
Repair time / waiting time: After accepting the order, ideally by coming to our store in person with your bike, we will arrange a fixed appointment in about 2-3 weeks and then you can bring your bike the evening before or in the morning and usually pick it up again in the evening.
