    Nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit habe ich dem Laden den Rücken gekehrt

    Vor 3 Monaten mit Bosch direkt besprochen einen defekten Accu zu rep.Einzusenden nur über Fachhändler möglich .
    Also bei Helmgens, da wurde das Rad auch gekauft .Die Firma Helmgens hat es nach 3 Monaten nicht geschafft den Accu einzusenden .
    Unzählige vergebliche anrufe und Mails haben nicht gereicht etwas zum Accu zu erfahren
    Nur Ausreden und Sorry....
    Ich habe meinen accu heute wieder unrep.abgeholt und werde den Laden nicht mehr betreten und nicht weiterempfehlen .
    Wenn das in Deutschland Standard wird besteht dringend handlungsbedarf.
